Greg is our Chef and Creative Director.
He has over 30 years in the restaurant industry, working both front of the house and back of the house. Greg graduated The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park campus in 1990.
His love and interest of food goes back to his childhood. All of the items on our menu are inspired by him. Over the course of many years he developed the 3 different chilis as well as our baked goods salads and specials.
Greg like the rest of our team is focused on the quality and taste of our food as well as the quality and friendliness of our customer service.
Luke is our General Manager and Communications Director.
Our third partner, Melissa, serves as an advisor of our business development. Melissa is an attorney with ten years of experience in private aviation, and is well versed in the building out of customer service-focused companies.
